During these last few years, ‘innovation and technology’ have become the heart of MICE event organization as these factors can elevate the event to new heights while also capturing the attention of participants. Therefore, it has become necessary for every event to employ both innovation and technology, bringing smart venues to the forefront of the global MICE industry. If we consider the master plan of countries that are developing their infrastructure in order to answer to future demands, a common feature will certainly be the development of convention centers or venues that can cater to the MICE industry with innovation and technology.
