Personalization marketing which can create unique individual experiences has become the forefront of the MICE industry, especially for the new generation of consumers with specific needs and demands which will increase even more over time. Forbes has estimated that in 2025, GenMe or millennials will account for over three-fourths of the workforce worldwide. In the 2018 Accenture Personalization Pulse Check Survey it was reported that over 90% of consumers are likely to choose products and services that can cater to their specific needs in ways that is different from other offerings in the market.
